This lovely sterling silver kilt pin takes us back before the 6th century when a traditional “three pointed” Endless Knot was called a Triquetra Knot in recognition of the Three Moon Goddesses who were very important in their everyday lives. After converting to Christianity, the knot was renamed to Trinity Knot in honor of the Holy Trinity.
Fine British sterling silver is made with 92.5% pure first-run silver mixed with 7.5% pure copper for added strength and durability and palladium, a member of the platinum family of precious metals to enhance the natural beauty of high quality sterling silver. No recycled metals, chrome, zinc, or nickel are used.
