This beautiful triple spiral (Triskele) ring is considered one of the rarest spirals used in early Celtic society due partly to the difficulty in creating such a unique pattern while keeping balance and harmony throughout its design. Celtic artists did not like straight lines. It is drawn in one single continuous line flowing in and out of the central point and known as a “spiral of life” as it symbolizes the three world spheres of land, water and sky. Triskelion designs date back to 3000 BC.
This highly attractive ring, in early Celtic history, would be crafted only for highly significant people and places. This rare special ring, with its balanced design, will become a center of attraction.
