The horse is among the most honoured Celtic animal symbols associated with power, grace, beauty, nobility, strength and freedom. This piece is unique in that it provides a three-dimensional approach and is well suited for both the front door and door to the tac room. It is handmade by a leading British foundry by using sand-casting and a first-run ingot brass mix rich in copper for depth of colour and durability. Once the casting is complete, each piece is individually shot-blasted to remove any excess brass, hand filed, then hand polished to enhance the natural beauty of quality brass. Approximate measurements: 3.50″ wide, 4.50″ long and 16 ounces in weight.
