The lion (rampant/standing on its rear legs) and facing to the right represents readiness to do battle and the rampant unicorn (facing to the left represents compassion toward others. Together, both facing the shield, reflects readiness to join together in meeting the needs and safety of all subjects of the Crown. Made using a pure first-run ingot brass mix rich in copper for depth of colour and durability. Hand filed, antiqued then hand polished to enhance the natural beauty of quality brass.
